Non-Destructive Testing

Non-Destructive Testing is an important tool to keep aircraft flying reliably and safely. Aircraft manufacturers, component suppliers, and airlines use NDT to ensure the quality, integrity and serviceability of aircraft components.

IEAG skilled technicians perform NDT at our 2 primary facilities located in Montreal (Trudeau) and Toronto (Pearson). At both locations, mobile response teams (MRT’s) can be dispatched to a customer’s facility or off-base location on an as-required basis to support on-aircraft testing or testing requirements where transporting the parts to the factory are not possible or practical.

NDT techniques like Eddy Current, ultrasonic, magnetic particle Inspection (MPI), Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), Radiography and phased Array are used to detect defects that are otherwise undetectable without destroying the part.

Line Maintenance

IEAG offers a complete range of line maintenance capabilities for both business and commercial aircraft.

We perform everything from line to heavy scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on the entire aircraft including airframes, power plants, electrical and avionics systems.

We boast the resources, technology, and most importantly the talent required to perform work that meets and exceeds the highest quality standards.

Our line maintenance service extends coast-to-coast with maintenance bases in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax.

We service any size aircraft, from a Cessna Caravan to Boeing 747-400. Our services can extend up to A and B checks as required. Execaire line maintenance is being supported by Transport Canada, FAA and JAA approved instrument and avionics shops which are located in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.
